A person want to do something, it must be the spirit of reading, master the methods of reading, and only through a lot of reading can let a person become wise, make up a missed lesson and rights of assignment can only piece area, while reading will always play a role, through reading to obtain knowledge will manytimes, visible, reading is an important way to acquire knowledge, and access to knowledge is to read the real purpose of (quoted from Ma Jianhui, 2008). Arendes (2000) has said that reading is a skill that everyone needs to master, especially if they need to learn a second language. For those of you who need to master a second language and use it, reading is the most basic skill required to acquire a second foreign language only through reading. In Rumeart (2008) written, reading process is considered to be a variety of language knowledge penetration, blending, action process, including the words, grammar, vocabulary, semantics, sentence, etc., any single language knowledge could not understand the meaning of the reading materials, must be a variety of knowledge interaction, promote each other, can we truly understand the connotation of the reading material. This is a clear requirement for the reading of primary school students in the education English curriculum standard (2011 edition), which is called the new curriculum standards, by the ministry of education of the Peo's Republic of China. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard, the reading ability assessment of primary school students is mainly measured in the following aspects. 1. Read the words and read them without obstacles; 2. Master the rules of spelling and read sim words; 3. Be able to read the short requirements or instructions in the textbook; Understand the sim message of greeting CARDS, etc. 5. Be able to read sim stories or short essays with the help of pictures, and develop the habit of reading by the group. Read the story or the passage correctly. To achieve such a goal, no amount of language input is not enough, want to rely on a large number of successful English teaching language materials and language practice, valve reading is an important aspect of language learning. 一个人要想有所作为，必须具有阅读的精神，掌握阅读的方法，只有通过大量的阅读才能让人变得聪明，补课和増加作业量只可以曲区一时，而阅读却会永远发挥作用，通过阅读获得的知识将会受用无穷，可见，阅读是获取知识的重要途径，而获取知识正是阅读的真正目的(转引自马剑辉，2008)。Arendes (2000)曾说过，阅读是每个人需要掌握的一种技能，尤其是需要学习第二外语。对于需要掌握一门第二外语并能将其运用的人来说，阅读是需要具备的 基本的能力，只有通过阅读，才能真正习得第二外语。在Rumeart(2008)的所著中，阅读过程被认为是多种语言知识穿插、交融、作用的过程，其中包括了文字、语法、词汇、语义、句式等，任何单一的语言知识根本无从理解阅读材料的意思，必须多种知识相互作用，相互促进，才能真正理解阅读材料的内涵。《义务教育英语课程标准(201版)中华人民共和国教育部制定》下简称《新课程标准》)中对小学生的阅读这一方面提出了明确要求。根据《新课程标准》的要求，小学生毕业后阅读能力评定，主要以如下几个方面作为衡量标准;1.所学词语认读无障碍;2.掌握拼读的规律，读出简单的单词;3.对教材中出现的简短的要求或者指令能读懂;4.对贺卡等所表达的简单信息能理解;5.能借助图片读懂简单的故事或小短文，并养成按意群阅读的习惯;6.对于所学故事或短文能够正确地朗读。要达到这样的目标，没有足够的语言输入量是不行的，成功的英语教学要依赖大量的语言材料和语言实践，阀读是语言学习的一个重要方面。阅读教学长期以来备受关注，它能够帮助学生获取信息，培养阅读理解能力，使学生养成良好的英语阅读习惯，掌握正确的阅读技巧，形成科学的阅读策略，拥有主动学习的能力和合作的精神，为终身学习打下基础。
